We used the services of this company, our trip took place in Bulgaria. 14.08 we went to Sozopol, where we were put in the last places where the backrest is not regulated at all (in general, other companies have these places at a discount, but not in our case), Sanitary stops with an interval of 4, 4.5 years. The biggest fiasco was the trip home on August 22 in Ternopil. My boyfriend and I were seated separately and there was no other place for us because my boyfriend was sitting next to the driver in this seat where everyone walks and he constantly had to get up to let people through. The conductor of this flight was sitting in the aisle of the bus, there was no place for her !!!
People will never buy tickets from this company again, let alone on the Bosphorus, you can even sit in the luggage compartment with such a schedule !!!!!
The driver listened to music and smoked in the bus all night.
