Review of Dizzy Travel

The managers in the agency were caring and attentive. They fully listened to all our wishes and helped in the selection of a good tour. The quality of the transfer was excellent, very comfortable. There was no transfer of the flight in that direction and there were no changes in time in that direction, and this pleased me. But on the way back, our flight was delayed for an hour, due to the weather conditions in Kyiv, there was a cyclone. Our operator was Join Up. The hotel guide offered us excursions, but I have a completely different opinion about him. He offered us options at a price three times higher than the local agencies (on his tour for $95, we took the same one for $35). Then he began to give us discounts, but we did not agree, because we understood that the two of us could go to local travel agencies for this money. When we arrived with the completed documents, where we did not write in the excursions section that we were booking or buying something, the guide began to be rude to us. That if we have any problems on vacation, then we will now turn to him only for money. He always walked and looked askance at us, with an unpleasant expression on his face.. We no longer contacted him with absolutely nothing, we dealt with everything ourselves. We did not need such a guide at all.
