Very bad organization of the trip

We turned to this company, as the city was full of advertising, we thought it was a reputable company. The office is normal, there were always customers. In general, we wanted to go to Bulgaria in Sunny Beach. Booked a hotel at the end of April. We chose the Blue Marine 3* aparthotel. Everyone paid in full (accommodation, travel, visas, insurance). Visas, as we were told, are issued within 2 weeks. Our trip was planned for June 29, 2013. Of the documents, we were given only an agreement (which was executed with children's grammatical errors) and a payment receipt. For personal reasons, we handed in our passports for visa processing on May 22, 2013, that is, a month and a half before. And waited...

Two weeks before the trip, I call the company, I say that we should already give us the documents, they say that the documents will be given only 5 days before departure. Somehow strange ... Oh well ... Five days before departure, the wife went to the office of "DM Tour Service", and they gave a voucher for which the hotel was booked, and insurance. Visas and bus tickets were not given, they said that they would give them when the bus was sent on the spot.

Departure of the bus should be at 13:30 near the hotel "Bukovyna". By the way, they don’t have their own buses, and they don’t bring them to the hotel, but only to the central bus stop.

On the day of departure, we are already sitting on the bags, already calling a taxi, and then they call from the travel agency and say that the bus is delayed, the departure is scheduled for 01:00 June 30, 2013!!! That is, we will have to go gray on the bags for another whole day. Well, nothing, we are waiting ... Somewhere at 19:00 they call us from a travel agency and say that the bus will leave at 21:00. We were already happy, got ready, arrived near Bukovina and ... there was no one there. No bus, no other fellow travelers. Well, okay, we are waiting The main thing is that we will go soon. We are waiting for an hour, waiting for the second, calling the hot number of the travel agency ... My wife is cold, already very angry .... The bus arrives at 23:00, we were delighted, I went up to some girl who came out with a notebook, said her last name and to wait while we bring the bags .... As soon as we reach the bus, and he left))) I whistle, scream - the result is zero. We call the hotline again, asking the bus to come back for us.

It turns out that the bus was waiting for documents from Kyiv, that is, someone had to take the documents (passports with visas) to Chernivtsi. With them and our documents (these are those that they draw up within 2 weeks)))))))) The date on the visa is 06/29/2013!!!! That is, we were issued visas for more than a month! Moreover, we were supposed to be accompanied by 1 out of 3 people whose phones we had, and some new girl was traveling.

Finally, we sat down and at about one in the morning on June 30, 2013, when we brought the documents, we drove off. Apart from the fact that when it started to rain water dripped on our heads, we got to Sunny Beach normally)))).

We also ordered a transfer to the hotel, that is, a certain person should pick us up from the bus stop and take us to the hotel and resolve the issue with the settlement. We call this man, he says that he is in another place, and his friend will come for us. It turned out that his friend did not speak Russian, he did not know where our hotel was))))) we were looking for him for half an hour)))) He brought us to the hotel, unloaded the bags and that's it! And there you can’t even see that this is a hotel, there is no reception, everything is closed ... My wife is hysterical) we call the hotline again to Ukraine, we swear that they left us like that, they didn’t say anything. The manager said on the phone that someone would come to us now ... so we waited another half an hour on the street. No one came out to us...

I went to change money, went to the call center, called the Bulgarian managers, and they told me that there was no reception at the Blue Marine Hotel, and the keys could be taken at the Royal Dreams Hotel, which is located across the road. The question arises, it could not be said even in Chernivtsi or at least by phone!!!!!! In short, we settled in, and had a great time, despite all the "Efforts" of our tour operator.
