We were on a Greek vacation tour. It didn't work from the very beginning. The bus was not what the tour operator stated. The guide (Vladislav Grinenko) said that we were unlucky and the bus was replaced, since the super comfortable one we were supposed to ride broke down. No one informed the tourists about the replacement of the bus in advance!
The bus is old, there is not enough space, there is no climate control: it is either terribly cold or hot. From Kyiv to Odessa, the air conditioner did not work at all (only after 2 hours in Odessa it was repaired). I generally keep quiet about the TV - like "Spring-308": a small, black-and-white and blown-out screen.
The bus is in terrible condition. He could drive only 20-30 km in mountainous terrain, he constantly stopped, at times he was shaking violently when braking.
It seems that the autobullet was allowed on the tour "with the hope that it might somehow get there!"
And it broke down on the way back.
However, there was no information from our guide. I just left with the phone to decide something ... Everyone was shocked!
When the tourists began to talk to the guide about compensation for all those accidents on the road, he did not even want to hear. His words: "This is a budget tour. We've had worse."
Due to the fact that one of the drivers had problems with documents, they stood at customs for 5 hours. The tour operator does not even check which drivers he hires?!
Hotel: Only breakfasts were included. If you arrive later, some food may not be available. So that God forbid you take more food with you, constantly walked and watched. If you go to have breakfast with a bag, they forced you to leave it in the room. And if you don’t really want to have breakfast now, but want to take your breakfast with you, then the staff just started yelling at you ... and despite the fact that you paid for your breakfasts.
If you want to use the pool, you need to buy something at the bar.
Upon arrival in Kyiv, the guide did not even ask for all these moments ...
The impression after such a trip was not the best ...
And also, when you leave your negative review on the page of this tour operator, they simply silently delete it!
It is a pity that DAVclub does not care about the comfort of tourists at all!!
