Unprofessional managers who do not want to admit their mistakes

I bought a ticket for the bus Sozopol-Kyiv. In the info sheet on the eve of departure, it was indicated: the bus with the company's sign will be at the Black Sea Square (the largest and busiest square in Sozopol). I arrived at the square at the indicated time - there was no bus. When I began to call the Bulgarian phone after 20 minutes of searching for a bus, they picked up the phone from the 3rd time and a man who did not introduce himself said: "They will send a transfer for you, wait for the woman." When asked what kind of woman, what identification marks - they hung up. Bottom line: another 30 minutes of running around a busy square and a survey of about 25 Bulgarian women who do not speak Russian. In the end, a taxi driver called a Ukrainian phone number with a claim that I had already delayed her for 10 minutes, all the money for roaming was withdrawn for the call. Upon arrival in Kyiv, she filed a complaint and asked me to return the money that I lost through no fault of my own, to which the manager of the direction did not even apologize, but said: "You were abroad, so it is quite logical that you were charged for roaming". At the same time, from the conversation, I realized that such a mess with a transfer from Sozopol is the norm for them, and not force majeure. Although the female taxi driver who drove me from Sozopol said that she had been making transfers from Sozopol in her car for more than 1 season, apparently “religion does not allow” managers of the Dove Club to indicate normal information for a tourist in the info sheet, and not the message "look for a woman" in the square, where there are several hundred different women at the same time, dozens of taxis and at least 10 buses at the same time! Conclusion: if you want to save time, nerves and money - do not buy Sozopol-Kyiv bus tickets from the Dove Club!
