Tour to Greece from 20 to 28.07 "Olympic Riviera"! The bus broke down before leaving, they found a monster, it is not clear what years, for the gnomes. The air conditioner worked until Uman, then it broke down, before Odessa people suffered! We sat down in Odessa, waited another + 2 hours until the freon was filled. As a result, the conder worked only for freezing or for the heat, constant misunderstandings and not wanting to delve into Vladislav (the group guide), he was purely concerned with his family, who went with him. The driver was first seen by a bus in Kyiv, the technical condition is terrible, they don’t know the road, they quarrel, there are problems when crossing our border with the driver, they waited a long time until they deal with one of the drivers (4-5 hours) and in the opposite direction too. During excursions in Greece, the bus did not extend trips to the mountains, could not move, rolled back, people were brought to tears, but Vlad did not care, as if it was necessary. Most people didn't go because they were afraid, damn extreme tour! On the way back, a breakdown, a delay, a coolant pipe burst, a pump flew, they changed it, people were nervous, Vlad did not try to calm anyone down or at least inform them a little. Almost hit a passenger car on the way back, faulty brakes, my face was shaking like a goat when braking! Stops all running, but first of all he took care of his family, climbed without a queue to stop at places of food and then drove everyone! Breakfast on the way back turned out already at 12 o’clock, and in a place convenient for Vladislav, he first of all took care of himself, stuffed everyone, scored and sat down, and people were in line! That's not how leaders do it! No talk about compensation, absolutely, as if it were necessary, only presentations of a new bus fleet, whining about being unlucky, and inflated conceit, I was everywhere and saw everything.
Spoiled mood, wasted money! Friends like Vlad, hand in hand and go to the museum! The travel agency, knowing about the problems, did not intervene in any way, realizing that the rating would fall, don't give a shit! I had a birthday, asked for a discount on the tour, not allowed! Mind, to wish happy birthday, was not enough! Disgusting!
In general, people were persistent, if they understood a little and the attention of Vlad and the travel agency, I would not write this review! Probably would have survived and tried to understand! The hotel, more or less, the breakfast is poor and monotonous, the pool for the additional purchase of something from the owner. The price for excursions is 5 euros more expensive for our super guide than for locals, the buses are good there, everywhere there is a guide who speaks Russian. The sea is not bad, the place is also quite calm! Vlad, accordingly, talked about all these moments, he was not completely inactive, just at such moments when people pay big money for them, and at the exit they are fooled and ignored, it is not permissible, given the competition in the tourism market! 4 people refused to go back by bus, they flew by plane for their own money! I was glad to have a rest with everyone who was on this tour, good luck and see you!
