Good day to all. It is very interesting to read the reviews of people with whom they were on a trip. We returned a couple of days ago with my wife from the Krakow + Prague tour. I liked the fact that we left Prague on time!!!! Now I will give a flood .... It was not a bad company, we met several couples who were not particularly interested in evening "alcohol tea parties" at the hotel. I really liked Krakow and the Orient Hotel, it definitely draws on 4 stars. In Prague, the hotel was 3 stars with the name Fortuna West - the place is so-so, to put it mildly, not very good, only the staff liked it.

Here's what I didn't like:

1. On the border with Poland, our leader Vadim began to collect money for excursions. To my question about selective excursions, he answered in the affirmative which one we would eat. Sorry, so how selective they are!!!?? I know that a lot of people wanted to go to Vienna, a group of 20 people would have gathered for anyone, but no, we were told that it was better to go to Krumlov, since it takes 5 hours to go to Vienna. The same with Dresdan, we did not want to go to Dresden, but wanted to Nurberg, but no, the group leader strongly advised to go to Dresden. In short, at the border, when the floor of the bus fell from us, they collected money for excursions. They gave me 10 minutes to think! Respect to the couple who bought seats in Krumlov from us, thanks to them we were able to independently purchase tickets to Nürberg, and meet our friends there. By the way, we got to Nurberg on a local bus for 98 euros for two in both directions, it turned out cheaper than to Dresden, and we drove only 3.5 hours, and left after 6.5 hours, having looked around Nurberg enough. It is worth noting the service on the bus on which we went to Nurberg: a guy of 23-25 years old was driving, and another steward of the same years. The ride was great, six of us went to Nurberg, and back 25 people, the steward went every half hour and collected garbage, brought us tea and coffee for free, and during the course we were given compliments (sweets). The bus had a working toilet, and you could buy water, sweets for a very small price..

Here is the service!!!!! In our bus, men under the age of 60, of the USSR hardening, were driving. Not infrequently, we drove to the wrong place, when asked to open the trunk, the carriers with a sour look reluctantly, saying something under their breath, descended from the bus. For these people, the word "client" is really overseas)))))))

Advice to the DuvClub people - take young people and teach them driving, communication, teamwork, English. Train your group leaders to do their job in such a way that it would grow into a service to people, because the most important thing on a trip is people ...

Thank you for opening Europe to people from our country. I would very much like to see this Europe getting on the bus on the railway in Kyiv. And you?
