My best holiday ever!!!

I was in Italy and Slovenia from 05/25/13 to 06/01/13 - I was pleasantly surprised by the trip! I chose without night crossings with a departure from Lviv in order to actively visit all the excursions. Comfortable bus, positively minded group, the group leader (Sasha) is good as an administrator and as a guide. I liked the hotels, especially in Slovenia, where we were accommodated in a family-type hotel with cozy rooms and excellent breakfasts (2 nights). Guides in each city were on time, during the excursions they tried to tell the maximum, friendly, with good diction. Alexander suggested radio headphones and I used them every time, because. this allowed us to take pictures, look around and at the same time hear every word of the guide. During the trips, Alexander told a lot about the cities we visited and I learned a lot of new things, although I was not in Hungary for the first time.

Were in Ljubljana, Venice, Florence, Rome, Verona and Sirmione - every day, like a gift :-) Traveled many times with "Saga", "Accord-Tour" and "Natalie Voyage Service" - this trip was one of the best. Everything is well thought out and organized on time.

In our group, two young guys lost their passports - Alexander quickly contacted all the services, told how to get certificates as quickly as possible, and the company bus following the same route picked up the guys and they joined us in Budapest at the departure and returned with us to Kyiv.

Human attitude and good organization is very important! Thank you very much for the trip and a lot of positive impressions!
