Dove club don't like customers

I do not recommend this company to anyone, because. Thanks to their efforts, the chic tour "Magnificent Italy" dated April 27 was spoiled:

1. Until the last day, no one told us the seat number on the bus and the city in which the hotels are located.

2.Breakfasts literally consisted of 1 piece of sausage and 1 cheese + coffee with a croissant

3. Accompanying Yuri never knew when and where we were arriving. Unlike colleagues from other firms, he sat silently,

information on the tour program, on the time of arrival, had to be literally pulled out of it. Just collecting money. Such

the impression that he is performing administrative duties for the first time.

Difficult questions, such as accommodation in a 4-bed room with one toilet for 4 different people, or accommodation of a young couple in

non-residential premises, tourists had to decide for themselves. And these people, when buying a tour, paid for accommodation in a separate 2

local number! Compensation was not offered. From the good - only a new bus and good guides in the cities, but this is not enough

for a complete rest.
