"DAV club" spits on its customers!

Maybe it's for the best that our relationship with the DAV club tour operator did not work out from the very beginning. And the beginning of the journey, as you know, begins at the office of the travel agent. In this case, it was the network brand "Come with us!" Should they be blamed for ruining their vacation or not - rather NO. But it's up to you!

So, in order. I open the internet. I find free software "Magnificent Europe + Krakow", 8 days, 160 euros. Everything suits me. I book through the mentioned travel agency. I get confirmation of the tour. I spend 2 days collecting documents (Schengen, however), photographing the whole family (we are 4 people), exchanging dollars dear to my heart for a quickly dissolving green mass and sending documents to the visa department of the operator company. Let me remind you: confirmation of the tour and my hard-earned money are already in the travel agency! As usual, is there a reason? Isn't it? - sit and drink! A call from a travel agency: You know, the operator postpones the dates of the trip (and they don’t suit me in any way!) Or offers another tour, where, of those offered in “Magnificent Europe”, only Krakow and Prague, and Vienna and Budapest (for which all this was planned) please optional! Those. 100 more euros and be happy! Agree? (After all, everything is already ready for the trip. It's a miracle that I didn't pay for the train tickets to Lvov.) I propose a compromise: include at least an excursion to Vienna in our paid bill, and we're off. The answer is negative. I ask: what are your suggestions? The answer is the same as before.

Perhaps this is an occasion to talk about the “professionalism” of one of the few “carrying” operators in Ukraine, which is the “DAV club” for trouble (Explain how not to collect ½ bus for a ridiculous 160 euros in a month from 45 million Ukrainian tourists and guest workers?) Perhaps , is this a common practice for Ukrainian tourism? I do not think. (Repeatedly used the services of Ukrainian Turtess, Teztour, Russian Southern Cross, Pilgrim - never seen anything like it! If the tour is confirmed, let's go!) Perhaps I just ordered from the wrong ones and not then?

I hope for a thoughtful answer from the more or less sensible manager of the "DAV club" (I believe for some reason: they are somewhere!), And I ask for the opinions of professionals about the disregard for the tour operator "DAV club" (and maybe other operators), in order to as little as possible to darken the bright days of the long-awaited vacation and protect the good name of conscientious operators (if any!)
