I would like to tell you about our adventure in the tour "Two in one Krakow plus Prague" with Dove Club.
I will say right away that after reading the reviews about this company, they did not want to use their services, but our agent persuaded us, motivating us by the fact that he has been working with them for a long time and quite successfully. In general, poraskinuv his wife brains, decided. Especially with our travel experience - we had nothing to be afraid of - we have seen a lot and we know what you can encounter on a trip.
Well, actually here are all the impressions: The bus was good and comfortable. We slept well in it (we already had pillows under our heads), the drivers did not drive and everything went smoothly. The only BUT - we were detained at the border - almost 6 hours, but this is no longer the fault of the operator (as some "advanced" tourists think).
Separately, I’ll tell you about the leader - he turned out to be Alexander, who led the tour very skillfully, helped everyone, to the best of his ability and ability. We had no complaints about his work - moreover, as for me, he turned out to be a qualified employee who knew the route and was well versed in it.
We were not on all the excursions, but we went to Karlovy Vary. Here I will separately talk about one very subtle nuance that an ordinary tourist does not know, but which our agent once told me, and I, in turn, will share with you (especially with those who claim that they found fault with them because that they didn’t go on additional excursions for additional cost) So, friends, have you ever wondered why a trip to the same Prague, for example, costs 200-230 euros for operators (while the group’s route lies through Krakow , castles, 4 days, for example, in Prague - and back) and an independent transfer just Kyiv-Prague will cost from 250 euros and more? So - the operators initially put the price of the tour itself at a disadvantage (and specifically) in order to earn money on electives on the tour. Now imagine that you are a tourist (age does not matter here, whether you are at least a student, at least a pensioner), who goes, sorry, "for free" to relatives in Prague, or just for a pittance, with no extra. excursions do not interest you - do you think it is profitable for the operator to ride you for nothing? I doubt it ... And then such tourists begin to complain, saying that the head asked to go to the extra. excursion - wow, what a bad one.
And this is what I will advise tourists about this, who, I hope, will read my review at least someday - respect the operator who is responsible for you for the whole week, among other things - go to at least one elective and, believe me, no one will ever won't say a word to you. Checked on personal experience, in which, it happened, I myself traveled with very limited finances, having visited one excursion.
Now about the hotel - in Prague we were placed in Fortuna - a very good trio. Fed well, normal rooms, comfortable beds, TV, good shower. Order in general. There were tourists on this tour who were indignant, saying that the Hotel is far from the center and so on ... But sorry, dear ones, you went on a tour that cost 220 euros, where the cost of living is ALREADY IN THE COST - is it worth waiting in this case the quality of Rixos or Radisson?
However, I got carried away - in general I will give the Dove Club good marks - Comfort, leader, informational content of the tour - everything was at the level, my wife and I arrived satisfied and with pleasant impressions.
