Let me remind you that the above voyage was carried out by a group of tourists consisting of 4 people - a guide, you personally, the director of the travel agency, your wife Inna, me and my daughter Olga.

Let me remind you that a gentleman's agreement was reached between us to divide our joint additional expenses in half.

The above and artificial, in my opinion, delay and delay of the process of our mutual settlements motivated me to contact you by phone and ask a few specific questions orally. Your reaction to my oral questions - You send me an extended letter answer (if the submitted material can be called a diversion), which caused me new questions and forced me to provide a detailed comment, already in writing.

The first specific question.

Why in the documents sent to us in response (and this is the text with appendices on 6 pages of standard format, printed in small print) there is not even a hint of our unfinished financial settlements, about which I asked by phone. Maybe you forgot about these agreements.

Why are you delaying and artificially delaying this process? It seems that you are trying to reduce the process to an incomprehensible stalemate.

You have sent us a list of services provided as free. What is it for?

At the Miami airport, when checking in for a flight to London, there was a force majeure situation (for our tour group), and for Olga and me - a dead end-critical, if not for your responsibilities as a guide.

I will not delve into the problem - this is the subject of a separate conversation. I will just say that you mentioned this incident in your written answer only in general terms, and you forgot to say what particularly worried us.

Your position was as follows: in order to make our flight home possible, you take $ 900 in cash from Olga (in the presence of witnesses - me, Olga's father, and your wife Inna).

We agreed, understanding the complexity of the situation; and the debt, of course, you will return to us without waiting for compensation from the airline. These things are not related: the travel agency is responsible for non-recognition of primary air tickets sold by the travel agency. In any case, the customer does not have to pay twice for the same flight.

Compensation to the client for an incorrectly purchased ticket by the travel agency applies to the ticket, which is this ticket. (And not the money bought for the guide taken from the client, and even in dollars, and even after the cancellation of the first ticket). You don't take it into account at all, or you forget about it again.

This is the third question - when will you repay the Miami debt. Today is November 20, 2019.

We have doubts about the appropriateness of the funds we spend on the cost of our services. We believe that there was an overpayment on our part, so we asked you to provide us with an explanation. Wow. This is all done in an elementary way, you only need the usual initial data and desires. You don't want to do this under the guise of a knee-jerk or finger-sucking argument.

We did it ourselves. Maybe somewhere not quite right, because you did not provide us with the usual, which does not require any vultures, the original data.

So, we paid for the cruise (transfer from what did not happen, due to an accident on the liner on which the cargo crane fell).

1. Account № 141 / 03-19 dated 05.03.19. by UAH 120,825, in the equivalent of USD 4,340. Information about this payment is in the documents sent by you.

2. Account № 1611 / 07-19 dated July 29, 19. by UAH 17,550, in the equivalent of USD 670. The information about this payment in the documents sent by you is omitted.

In the documents you sent, the first account of names, and the second not names - you forgot again. This is the second precedent - it causes distrust.

3. Our last grant to you is $ 900 in cash, which you received from Olga on departure from Miami (this was discussed in detail above).

So you received $ 5,910 from us in dollar terms.

Approximation of cost estimates for services provided to us.

1. Accommodation near a cabin with a balcony $ 670.44 US.

This is the amount with the American discount (as compensation for the canceled cruise, the real cost is about twice as much), which we learned directly on the liner (you did not inform us about the size of this discount, probably forgot too).

2. Service fee (port and local taxes)? $ 590 US; according to your information, they are not subject to discount.

3. Accommodation (we did not live in hotels, but in rented apartments) - Odesa 1 night, Barcelona 3 nights, Fort Lauderdale 4 nights -? $ 500 US.

4. Travel by rail "Zaporozhye - Odesa" in the dollar equivalent of $ 28.

5. Air flights (for 2 people): 1)? 100 US dollars ("Odesa - Barcelona"), 2)? $ 700 ("Barcelona - Fort Lauderdale"), 3) "Miami - London - Kyiv - Dnipro" did not take place (due to the fault of the travel agency, as mentioned above), were forced to provide you with an additional $ 900 in cash also mentioned above) on the flight "Miami - Istanbul - Kyiv".

6. Additional amount of insurance? $ 45 US.

Car rental (Barcelona, ​​Fort Lauderdale) - under the above-mentioned gentleman's agreement, we have to pay half the cost. Together? $ 110 US (our share). You have not yet provided us with the cost of this service, which was also mentioned above - you probably forgot again or it's "financial secrets of the travel agency."

9. Food costs:? $ 25 (our share, including own costs and inventories).

So, in general, the following sum is obtained: 670 + 590 + 500 + 28 + 100 + 700 + 900 + 45 + 200 + 110 + 25? $ 3870 US.

5910 - 3870 = 2040 US dollars.

We will not mention now the payment of, for example, the joint cost of a taxi in Miami and a tip to the luggage staff on the liner in the amount of $ 85 against $ 40 by you. We did not include these costs in our budget.

In case of disagreement with any of the provided positions - justify it only with documents.

This amount includes the above-mentioned $ 900 in cash - for the re-purchase of a return air ticket from Miami to Ukraine. I repeat, you had to transfer these funds to you at Miami airport.

We had to do this so that we would not be left overseas (on Saturday night, without knowing English, without a telephone connection and without the telephone numbers of the Consulate, tour operator, etc.). What then is blackmail?

At the same time, the travel agency has neither the moral nor the legal grounds to demand re-purchase of tickets at the expense of the client in the current situation. Let me remind you that before the cruise I personally warned you not to fly through London, because we do not have visas. You said, "Don't worry, I guarantee you'll be fine."

The difference of US $ 2040, apparently, appeared with a cancellation due to an accident on the liner of a previously paid cruise.

Here, too, there is no fault of the client. Let the travel agency, tour operators, travel company and maybe someone else understand each other. They have legal services, contractual relationships and risks.

It is surprising how it is possible to lower the bar of one's own professional level so low that such junk thus prevents a specific answer to specific questions.

There is no reason to discredit us as regular customers of the world-famous American company Royal Caribbean on our 13th cruise (and the first cruise under your auspices).

I am convinced that your senior partners and other dealers of this world-famous company will qualify your actions as torpedoing the clientele of travel companies, primarily the Royal Caribbean, in Crown & Anchor, which we have achieved the highest Diamond status.

In the next hour, we will process this material, substantially supplement it and post it on the websites of Ukrainian travel agencies-dealers of well-known cruise companies and send it to the Royal Caribbean in a concise form (including a request to clarify the situation regarding $ 400/600 we were clearly told that "Royal Caribbean" as compensation for the inconvenience of canceling the previous cruise, providing us with a cruise for $ 670.44 and no additional payments were involved).

PS: Please provide us with copies (available in electronic form) of the claim documents against the air carrier regarding the non-performance of the Miami-London-Kyiv-Dnipro flight - we intend to hand them over to a lawyer to decide on further action.
