I turned to the Join Up agency, the beginning was good. I flew to Egypt, the return flight was canceled, we were left at the hotel, we had to pay extra for the room until the evening. Then they gave me a big plane, combined 2 flights. The agency provided poor service. Since July, I booked a tour to Turkey, paid in full and 3 days before departure I was informed that I could not fly to this hotel, because there was something with the reservation .. I wanted to fly to Kusadasi, they offered me Bodrum, I have already been there, in addition, they offered me a 3 * hotel, although I booked a 5 * hotel. A day later they offered me Egypt with a surcharge. This was my second trip with this agency, the first time I also had problems, I no longer wanted to fly with them, but since the money had been paid and the vacation had already been issued, I had to fly somewhere and I had to stop at Egypt.
