There was a nuance that I did not quite like. We booked the tour in advance and asked if one person could refuse the trip, we were told that it was possible and it would be without loss. But they did not warn that there would be no loss of money. I didn't understand this phrase. And it turned out in fact that there were simply no fines. And for the hotel we were not compensated for anything, although they could have replaced the room with a one-room one. Here is such a nuance that was incomprehensible to me and I would like it to be in our favor, but it didn’t work out that way. We had flight delays, delayed as much as 5 hours. But the main thing is that at least not more. We flew with the Rose of the Winds. Since we traveled with small children, we did not go on excursions, we just went to the dolphinarium ourselves.
