I am completely satisfied with the service in this agency, there are no comments. The staff works quite well, I would say really professional. There were no transfers and delays, both there and back. And there are no complaints about the transfer, it was quite comfortable, everything worked out. The hotel guide offered us excursions, but we did not use it, as we were with small children.
