Good tour operator

Spontaneously decided to go on vacation to Turkey with the whole family. I decided to choose a tour operator from those that are well known: Tui, Tez Tour, and Coral Travel. Most of all I liked Koral, which was represented by the travel agent Oksana (Suvorovsky shopping center). She told and explained everything normally, calculated the cost, after the contract was signed, when she decided to extend the tour for one day, she correctly arranged everything, at minimal cost. The WindRose airline, with which Koral works, also did not disappoint - flights back and forth were done smoothly and professionally, and most importantly, without delays !!! In Turkey, the transfer to and from the hotel is also excellent. I did not like the work of the hotel guide - this guy did not solve any problems with the hotel, but only thought about how to sell us his tours at three prices. He even managed to cheat with a currency exchange - he offered an exchange of 5.3 lira / dollar, when we brought the money, he apologized, said that the rate had risen to 5.2 lira / dollar (I wish old Erdogan would be surprised at such a strengthening of the national currency). Only out of pity I sold him $ 200 at this price, although I knew that the exchange rate was 5.43, but I understood that this comrade also wants to eat !!! But he did not manage to spoil the impression of Coral. A wish for Coral-Travel: guys, everything is great with you, except for sightseeing tours abroad, where locals cost you two or three times (!!!); urgently change your approach, since only the rich or crazy are able to overpay two or three prices to your guide, 90% (including me) take tours from local agencies. Count yourself how much money passes by you! Good luck and development!
