The travel agent was polite, everything was very fast and in a couple of days we had tickets on hand. Everything was fine with the flights, the transfer was comfortable. On site at the hotel we had an operator Anex. The guys from Anex told us what and how, and of course, they offered excursions. But they were very intrusive, which we didn't like very much.
