Stayed at this hotel for the third time. The first - when he was still part of the Azur network - was called, it seems, grand azur gorizont - it was a normal hotel. Then, when it became purely Arabic and became known as Montillon, it deteriorated. The current version - Premium Grand Gorizont - is just a quiet horror.

Most of all, of course, theft strained. Two robberies in 2 weeks. First, the money was stolen from the safe. When writing an application through the tour operator - Coral - only at the same time with us - INSTANTLY! - wrote four more guests that the money was stolen from the safe. We "left" 700 dollars out of 1,700 and 10,000 rubles out of 35,000 - i.e. partially. Technically, I don't know. But put on stream. The hotel is freezing - he says - how do you know that the money was there - you generally want to cash in on us. Let's go to the police, we'll write counter statements against each other - you must understand that then instead of a vacation, you'll only go to testify like a job - and stuff like that.

The second robbery - insolently - on the day of departure - in the morning my wife and daughter went to the beach - I slept in the room. While sleeping - we went in (as I understand cleaning) - and stole the wallet. Money and credit cards.

Communicated with everyone including the general manager of the hotel, sales director, representatives of the tour operator - everything is sad.

This hotel was chosen by the only criterion - we are divers and it is near the port from where our daily boat went. There is nothing good in the hotel.

The attitude of the staff is boorish. Especially to children. My daughter (8 years old) has constant tantrums that hurt, paw, slippery and impudent jokes and all that. The feed is disgusting. Most of all, it was not even the lack of variety and the almost complete absence of fruit (some pasta and rice and a portion of a piece of fish or chicken) that infuriated me, but that the food was unwashed and dirty. Sand creaks on teeth. On the dispenser, rats run around the tables.

Bottled water - gave 1 bottle upon arrival for a week. The water in the coolers is from the tap. The territory is watered from the sewer at night - the stench is terrible.

Cleaning is clear - you leave 5 pounds - they cover the beds. 10 pounds - change linen. You don't leave money - there is no cleaning. They only come in to grab something.

There is always no water in the rooms at night. I went to the restroom - you can only wash it off in the morning.

There are NO hygiene products except toilet paper - I have not seen anything like this in any hotel. No soap, no shampoo gels - nothing!

Of the little things - any drinks only 1 cup of 150 milliliters in hand. Though beer, even cola, even water. All drinks are diluted including cola. Beach towels are dirty. Just dried after others.

The main contingent of holidaymakers are Arabs.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel for visiting under any circumstances.
