Coral Travel

I want to share my unpleasant impressions about the tour operator Coral Travel. On 10/21/2013, I paid for a tour in the UAE, at a travel agency, tour operator Coral Travel. Travel time from 10/25/2013-11/01/2013, departure from Donetsk by Air Arabia, departure time 13.15. The tour was paid for 2 adults and 1 child.

The travel agency, due to the small margin of time for opening a visa, clarified several times whether there was enough time to obtain a visa, to which the tour operator Coral Travel responded positively, stating that the visa would be open. When the migration service was notified that there was little time left to open a visa, the tour agent gave a request to Coral Travel to cancel the application, after which the Coral Travel tour operator independently decided to confirm the tour and assured that the entire package of documents would be ready on time. What is not worth worrying about, because in stock 3 days. The fact that there is a risk of not getting a visa, Coral Travel kept silent.

10/24/2013 at the time of 19.00 the visa was open only to two, although an application was submitted for a family of 3 people and a room was paid for three, respectively. There were also no return tickets. At 20.00 we were asked to pick up a visa and return plane tickets at the airport in Donetsk, from a representative of Coral Travel.

On October 25, 2013, my family made it to Donetsk from Dnepropetrovsk on their own. tour operator Coral Travel does not provide a transfer.

At 11.50 there was no visa on hand, I personally called Coral Travel, where I was told that do not worry until the end of registration for another 40 minutes, the visa will now be issued and the representative of the company will bring everything.

At 12.10 a representative of Coral Travel appeared, without a visa, but with tickets for a return flight. He said that not everything was lost and the visa could be available any minute.

When asked how we would solve the current situation, the option was offered to fly with Fly Dubai, the departure time is 16.10, but at our own expense.

At 13.30, when the check-in for the flight was completed, but the check-in for the Fly Dubai flight began, another option was offered. There was no visa at that time. It was proposed to fly out on 10/26/2013 from the Joinup tour operator with a return on 11/1/2013. In this case, I lost a day, and the money for the lost day was not returned. This option did not suit us, because. I would again have to travel from Dnepropetrovsk to Donetsk. There was an option to stay at a hotel, but as I felt it was not worth it and it was better to go home.

I independently found out that the UAE immigration service does not work on Friday and Saturday, it follows that the tour operator deliberately misled us.

On October 26, 2013, at the time of 14:00, the visa was not open, so on October 26, 2013, I could not fly either. 10/27/2013 visa is also not open, because. day off in Ukraine. The visa was issued on 28.10.2013 at 10.00.

I believe that in this situation, Coral Travel was completely incompetent, could not and did not try to find a way out and an alternative solution in this situation.

For this period, I made a claim and sent it to the legal department of Coral Travel, let's see how they behave. If Coral Travel had warned, at least about the minimal risk, that the visa would not be opened, I would not have made any claims. They simply did not care that the child was flying, that the main thing was that we had taken a vacation, to close the burning places.

I hope that the review will be useful and save many from being deceived by Coral Travel.
