We were greeted at the hotel by a very friendly receptionist. Already after 10 we were taken to the room. There were two separate rooms, the interior is tasteful, there is a kitchenette with everything you need, a hairdryer, a TV, a hot tub)) The hotel has a lot of greenery and several pools with different depths. →

In early July of this year, we decided to visit Spain with the whole family, as a resort we were advised by the Costa Dorada at the Coral Travel office. My husband and I really wanted the children to be able to see Barcelona and Port Aventura too, thanks to the representative of the agency, they could take excursions on the spot. It took a long time to choose a hotel. →

Terrible tour operator. There were big problems with their representative. They do not react to complaints in any way, they promise to look into the problem, but the reactions are 0. Basically, he doesn't care about his customers! →

I was supposed to fly to Dalaman on 09/05/17 at 11-00. The flight was postponed to 18-00. I get to the POSEIDON hotel by midnight. Who will compensate me for the lost day and the missed paid dinner, which is about 2 thousand hryvnias? CORAL is not responsible for the air carrier. Lost, as always, a tourist. With such irresponsibility, tour operators are pushing tourists to independently book hotels and buy air tickets (remember the recent story with Idriska-tour) I specifically chose a tour with an early departure, and the agency reassured me, they say , anyway, you will spend the night at the hotel! We were offered Turkey and this hotel under the new holiday program with children. We looked at the photos and agreed.
