Assigning money and ignoring customers after payment

My husband and I ordered a tour to Egypt through Coral Travel Osokorki, Arcadia shopping center, managers Katya and Anya.

I want to draw attention to the careless attitude towards us as clients: at first they sent the wrong documents under a false name, we received the final package in the evening before the flight.

I saw that the type of room in the voucher was incorrectly indicated - Garden view instead of Pool view, which cost 2-3 thousand cheaper. When asked to send an actual voucher, I heard the answer "It's already late, I wrote a comment in the system that you paid for a room overlooking the pool. You'll figure it out on the spot."

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not given the room we had booked. My calls to the Coral Travel office were dropped, in the end they said "The Egyptians are such a people with whom you can negotiate", hinting at a bribe. We did not receive the room we paid for, as the administration demanded an additional payment for each night. Managers ignored me for several days that I tried to resolve the situation. Looks like they're taking money for a ticket.

I would not advise anyone to go to intermediaries. Anyway, the host company will be tez tour or anex tour, with which you can at least have a dialogue on the spot.
