We flew on 07/13/2020 on vacation to Kemer for 6 nights. RESIDENCE RIVERO HOTEL 4*, host of Odeon Tours. Terrible customer service from the host! The "hot line" did not work after 18:00 (declared as round-the-clock), when dialing the next morning after 10:00, in a rude form, without introducing himself as an operator, it was stated that no one cares about our claims, no one owes us anything. It seems that a habalka on the market communicated with me, and not a representative of the company whose client I am. A hotel that belongs to the Otium Inn group does not correspond to either the declared 4 * or the type of all inclusive food. They feed people with slop, the rooms are very shabby, everything is paid on the beach, the bus to the beach goes already! 6 times a day, and not every hour, as stated in the business card of the hotel. The hotel guide Kamil, when help was needed, froze, and said that he had nothing to do with solving customer issues. Apparently his task is only to make excursions, which he actually did. Price for two for 6 nights 21 000 UAH. , but as it turned out only for us. The rest of the vacationers paid 16,000 - 17,000 thousand for 7 nights! And there were those who came for 12 nights for 18,000 thousand. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the tour operator, who, for my own money, makes me look like an idiot.
