Good travel agency. Many thanks to the manager Svetlana, who suggested a tour in Zaporozhye. Everything was organized very well. However, there are comments on the work of the company as a whole: 1. At the airport in Kyiv, no one met us and we had to figure out what to do and how to get on the plane ourselves; 2. Boarding passes on the plane had to be printed out by ourselves (although some tourists had them), otherwise airport employees would have to pay money for them; 3. →
We bought a tour to the hotel on the recommendation of a travel agency. The hotel is super, we really liked it, had a great rest. Thanks to Elena for all the recommendations and answers to questions throughout the rest. We will definitely use this agency again. →
Because of them, we didn't go on a "honeymoon" to Turkey, they refuse to return the money, sending us to court. When buying a tour, the manager Inna said that a trip to Turkey is possible only with a passport. We told her that in July 2017 we have a wedding, my wife will make a new passport for a new surname. They also asked what is the difference between an ID card that my wife will make and a biometric foreign one - the manager Inna said that foreign travel is mandatory for trips abroad. →
