We bought a tour from them to Egypt. Everyone was helpful, all questions were answered. There were no air delays, we flew there right on time, and only delayed 20 minutes back. The transfer arrived a normal, regular tourist bus. The guide came at the appointed time, handed out a brochure with excursions.
