We arranged the tour with the help of the travel agent Elena (Elena Khrokalenko). We knew in advance which hotel we would stay in (reviews about Naturella 2 *, Kemer, I already wrote, I will not repeat). I want to note the work of the travel agent Elena, not so much as a professional in this tourism sector, but as a not indifferent person. Let me explain: my husband and I flew to Turkey with negative PCR tests, and a day later Covid showed its impudent face (that is, they were infected back in Kyiv). Self-isolated, didn’t leave the room for 5 days (fortunately, I didn’t feel like eating at all); after that, in double masks, without communicating with anyone, they slowly walked to Phaselis, breathed pine and sea air in deserted places. But I’m not talking about that - all this time, every day of our unsuccessful vacation, Elena was in touch, found out about her well-being, reminded her of the opportunity to seek help from doctors if she was in a bad condition (of course, we have insurance in case of corona disease was). On the eve of my flight home, I couldn't check in online for my SkyUp flight. Because the time was late for a call (23 hours), I sent a message to Elena via Viber. She responded immediately and my issue was resolved within minutes.

I am very grateful to Elena for the fact that she did not just sell the tour to regular vacationers and forgot about us, but accompanied and supported us during all this nightmare that suddenly fell on us. Thanks to this particular person, I regained the lost trust in the work of some travel agents, and I will definitely trust Elena with my next trip!
