But the review forced me to write an incident that happened on our last trip to Turkey, Kemer. By a strange coincidence, I had an accident while riding a moped. We don’t drink alcohol, it’s not the first time I rode a moped, I have rights. I was driving on a flat road, and woke up in the hospital. I had an accident the day before the flight. With a concussion, a lacerated head wound and numerous bruises, I certainly could not fly back to Kyiv, so my husband, together with Yulia, began to look for a way out of the situation. We had to extend the tour for a week, buy new plane tickets and insurance. There were problems with both the insurance and the tour operator. The tour operator could not negotiate with the hotel, did not transfer money for the hotel, changed the cost, did not want to sell tickets separately, and the insurance company refused to re-examine me, finding fault with the new insurance. At first, my husband and I tried to solve all these questions ourselves, but we could not. I had to turn to Yulia and only thanks to her perseverance and professionalism all issues were resolved in our favor.

We are very grateful to her for her help and support during a difficult time for us. We were very lucky with a good, responsible person and a competent travel agent.
