I have no complaints about the agency at all, a good girl and a good agency. I initially had one tour, then he did not gather and I was offered another tour. So we went on the tour "Prague - my favorite place". We had additional excursions in the program, which we took advantage of. I could recommend this tour, but I have complaints about the tour operator who organized this trip. The leader of the group, she immediately set us up negatively, like everything is impossible. I was not unaware of the chip system. We had road delays and had to sacrifice our free time. This is very annoying.
