I chose this company by chance, because I live in the Lviv region, I have always used the services of companies, of which we have a huge number, and by the way I was quite satisfied. But one day my friend, who lives in Dnipro, then still Dnepropetrovsk, asked me to register with her, because she is a regular client of Boutique Travel and she will have a discount on the travel program "I'm with a friend." That's how I met this company, Natasha Strebuleva, and now I don't use the services of other companies, because I can't imagine a better one. For five years in a row I have been traveling only with Boutique Travel and this year I already order again only from them. What do you like? Attitude to your work first of all. Not just to send a client, but to guide him until his return home, to be interested in how he rested, what he liked, what he didn’t. There was such a case that we ended up in a hotel, which in reality turned out to be worse than in commercials. Everyone who goes on vacation will understand me, because we are planning a vacation for a whole year and we really want no unpleasant surprises to overshadow it. But even here Boutique Travel, or rather Natasha Strebuleva, turned out to be just on top. She did incredible things to fix our mistake. Now I do not choose a hotel and a tour, but I completely trust Natasha. I am calm, I know that my vacation will be prepared by a person who cares about each of his clients and will bring me only positive for the whole year until the next trip. She loves her clients, she passes everyone through her heart and soul and I will feel it again. And this attitude is worth a lot. Now my two friends, by the way, also not from the Dnieper, but from the Chernivtsi region, use the services of Boutique Travel only. Thank you Natasha!!! I am still your only client!
