Great trip to the Czech Republic

Good day everyone! From November 5 to November 12, we went to Prague, booked a tour with Natalia from the travel agency Bona Vita (Kyiv) and everything was so great that I decided to leave a review. This is our second time with this company and we are very satisfied. Firstly, they give a lot of information about what is interesting in the country, secondly, a huge list of excursions, and thirdly, they tell which hotels and with what real reviews (we ourselves have seen enough of the pictures). The central location, silence and, of course, the price were important to us. I liked that I didn’t have to go to the agency 10 times, we arrived once and decided on everything, made an advance payment (and not full payment, as many require), Natalya confirmed the tour by phone and e-mail, then their manager arrived to my office for the rest of the payment and documents for a visa (which is very convenient, I personally don’t have free time). We received the documents on time and flew to MAGIC PRAGUE!!! This is just an unforgettable trip, about which I will write a separate review :-) I recommend Bona Vita travel agency to everyone :-) Our friends have already bought a ticket to Slovakia for skiing) I am sure that they will like everything. Natalia, you are great, THANK YOU!!!
