HORROR!

I turned to the tour company Atlas Tour, because. because it was necessary to make a travel document for the child, I provided a photocopy of my passport (because the child was entered in my passport and it is necessary that the data match) I paid 600 UAH, they made me a travel document in 2 days. When I arrived to pick up the travel document, it turned out that there was a mistake in the name. When I pointed out this mistake and asked Elena's manager how much of a gross mistake it was and what can be done about it, in response I heard that they had nothing to do with it all avir, etc. . . . I was in shock FROM SUCH ANSWER! I applied and brought money to the Atlas tour, and not to Avir !! And if I flew to rest and there were any problems? I would also have been answered, we have nothing to do with this tour operator or airline or someone else there ?? After talking, they told me they would call back. I waited an hour, dialed Elena myself, and heard in response. . . "I have a second line" and hung up!!!!! What travel agency did this? Excuse me, who am I? not a client Later, another manager Anastasia called me back, with whom we all decided. But the most important thing is that I NEVER raised my voice, I wanted to work with them in the future, I planned to fly from them on vacation and recommended it to my friends, but after SUCH a negligent attitude, I will not risk flying anywhere from them! Firstly, with a mistake they made me a document (and if such an error was in the ticket or in the hotel reservation? ) secondly, this is boorish behavior with the client!
