There were no comments at all on the agency, although we chose the tour ourselves through the site. I kept track of interesting offers. The manager took care of everything for me, quickly and without any questions. I liked the quality of the service. As for flights, we had a delay on takeoff. We sat on the plane for an hour while waiting for departure home. But the rest was without delay. We did not use the tours, although they offered us.
