The Indian comrades immediately showed themselves to be primitive crooks. The tour program was not carried out, we missed a decent part of the sights, they tried to put us in Goa in a cheap, dirty bedbug instead of a five-star hotel. In short, the Indians tried their best to save money and grab money in any way, even trying to evict tourists from a booked hotel ahead of time. All this did not bother the head of our group from ARTANIA TRAVEL, Lesya Lyashenko. On the contrary, at the request of the Indians, the young lady collected money from the group for prepaid excursions. The incomparable Lesya showed cow's indifference to the fact that one of us fell ill and fell behind the group, did not lift a finger so that the group was accommodated in a hotel indicated in the program, and not in a barn. It was impossible to get the most elementary information from her, Lesya was just not interested in it. All acute problems, which were more than enough for the trip, were solved exclusively by the members of the group on their own. “But what is it, I came here like you ...” - this is the standard reaction of our leader to external stimuli. But she can also get nasty if you persistently try to get her out of her usual twilight state.

In short, India is a good and interesting country, but a disgusting feeling remains from the trip. I do not advise doing business with ARTANIA TRAVEL. By the way, Lesya seems to be the director of this wonderful tour operator.
