I contacted the travel agency on the recommendation of friends! The hotel was picked up quickly, taking into account all my wishes, and since. I was traveling with a child, there were a lot of them! ;)) I received the documents on the eve of departure on Friday (we flew on Sunday), because we flew on a charter flight and the departure time could change, the guys themselves controlled this issue, which made it possible to avoid confusion with the documents.
