This is not the first time I have traveled with AquaTravel, but I still cannot stop admiring their service and travel support. This time I went to Sharm El Sheikh. Tour for 2 weeks. Eugene, as always, very quickly found a suitable hotel in the bay, very quickly agreed on everything (from the moment I applied at about 6 pm to the moment of confirmation at 10 am, as you understand, the minimum amount of time has passed). Thanks to his comments, when I paid for a standard room with a garden view, upon arrival I received a room with a gorgeous sea view in an ideal location right in the middle of the hotel: 5 minutes to the sea, and 5 minutes to the main building. And this is at no extra charge at the hotel.
During the vacation, plans changed, I decided to leave the hotel earlier than the agreed date and paid time of stay. And again, Eugene - a huge THANK YOU to him! - organized a partial refund of the amount paid earlier (which, as far as I know, is rare in such situations).
In general, I am satisfied with the service of the company as an elephant and I would not exchange my beloved AquaTravel for anyone!
