Great travel agency! Better not! I’ll start my review with the fact that my husband decided to give me a gift and send me to rest after a five-year decree) we turned to a company that was not Aquatravel (which we later regretted very much) since we needed a tour in the near future, until departure tomorrow, we were picked up several hotels in another tour company, they didn’t really explain anything, they gave 10 minutes to think it over, assuring that this is a super option and it’s better not to, having booked everything in a hurry and looked at what they offered us at home, we had a shock !! The hotel is a nightmare, the second line, and we were assured that there was nothing better, I thought everything (the vacation was ruined, but my husband monitored several tour companies, and turned to Aqua Travel! We canceled the reservation in the previous company! The manager Anechka is simply a miracle! She told everything in great detail , showed several offers, showed photos of hotels and reviews! She told about all the services! She chose the first line and even took into account the location of the hotel, since the mountains and the sun sets early! But even this turned out to be at the highest level in the end! How detailed she told everything, didn't push me, answered all the questions, when it was necessary to advise! Everything went great, all expectations hit the mark! How correctly and accurately everything was chosen) if you want to really have a good rest, I not only recommend, but insist on choosing this tour company! Great team, everything is clear, everything is honest! We are very satisfied)) now all tours are only through aqua travel! Guys thank you very much))) you saved our vacation, you did more than we expected!
