The quality of service at the agency was 4+ out of 5, in principle, it was normal, everyone told us what we were interested in. Perhaps this was our mistake, since we ourselves chose a 3 * hotel, and he pulled no more than 2 *. We had a bus tour. I didn’t like a little that the drivers were driving very fast, I understand that there weren’t very many people, but, as for me, there was a lot of speed and I would like more stops, since they didn’t stop where it was provided. →
In the summer of 2018, there were many different stories about how their vacation was ruined. We have our own history. We chose a tour and immediately paid for everything. We flew away with all the necessary documents. But three days later we received a call from the Join up office in Cyprus and were informed that the tour from the Ukrainian side had not been paid for us, so we should be evicted from the hotel. → |
