As it turned out, Anex Ukraine and Anex Egypt are 2 different legal entities, that is, one is ABSOLUTELY not responsible for the actions of the other. Therefore, I give a review for everyone and put the general impression on the one who "impressed" more.

1.Anex Ukraine:

Registration and receipt of documents - quickly, efficiently, all online! + there were tests for COVID-19 as a gift. Above all praise, 10 out of 10.

2.Anex Egypt:

This is HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING!. One word - GUID. This is not a guide, this is some kind of GAD !! He AUTHORIZEDLY POSTPONED THE FLIGHT (not the departure time, but the FLIGHT number!!!) from 16.00 to 08.00. 8 hours earlier!!! And he didn't tell us anything! My mother and I were awakened by phone at 03.30 and told to take a taxi and go to the airport, and our transfer is leaving now! And we are in nightgowns and our suitcases are not packed! This is fine!?!? IN THE EVENING, I approached the reception and asked about the transfer - they said at 3.30, I also specified this day or night and that our flight was postponed? Yes, they answered me. But I also could not think that they moved IN THE MORNING !!!!!!! How, why, why, I paid money for the evening flight on purpose - I didn’t answer, but just mumbled so that we ourselves took a taxi and Hung up! Despite the fact that we received a message to collect to the reptile 2 times !! at 9.00 and at 08.45 - in advance, so as not to be late - well done! And to the message about the change of flight !!!! Flight!! he was not smart enough! Why did he do this? Because we didn't take tours from him!!!!! He marinated us for 2 hours!!!! from 09.00 to 11.00, sold excursions, sent 2 coffees to drink/think again, and DID NOT ACCEPT DOCUMENTS FOR DEPARTURE BACK without buying any excursion!!! After 11.00 I just yelled at him that I want to get to the sea in half a day. After that, IT made me write a REGISTER!!! (as in prison!!) that I refuse all excursions and took the documents back with a flight. WHAT THE FUCKING IS ANEX???!!!! I demand that this PIG be fired! Because he didn't even tell us where the info about the raches is back!! Already in Kyiv, upon arrival, here I found out that it was somewhere between a toilet and a restaurant!!! Why such employees who do not fulfill their DIRECT duties! We couldn't sleep for 2 more weeks! Thank you for a great vacation! And now I have a great desire to come there again and just stuff this bastard in the face! External signs: bald, under 40 years old, arrogant and boorish with a belly.
