I bought the tour not for myself, but for my parents, but they were happy with everything. What were the issues, they were quickly resolved. Unless the flight was debugged when they returned, but this no longer depends on the travel agency. I have a very good review about the travel agency, because I needed to pay very quickly for registration and leave for work. We did all this in about 15 minutes. Already on the spot, parents were offered many excursions and they sat for a very long time and discussed various points.
