I bought the tour via the Internet at the ANEX TOUR agency in Osokorky. The girl who served me always responded in a timely manner, was professional. But, either she didn’t have information, but she said that they wouldn’t feed us on the road, we got a lot of food, as a result, we were fed all the way. Despite this, she completed the documents on time, everything was fine. As for the transfer, the flight was very difficult, we got to the fullest. The planes are very small, narrow seats, it was not comfortable. The flight took much longer than planned. We had a stop in India, and we waited there for 5 hours, without getting out, there was also some kind of emergency situation, it seemed that the plane was losing balance, everyone was scared there, my daughter was crying all the way. I have no complaints about the pilots, it seems to me that they cannot agree with the Indians, everyone has this opinion. . . We took off from Kyiv at 12 am, and arrived at the hotel in China, according to their time, at 1 pm. The road was very tiring.. On the way back, for some reason, we flew to Tbilisi, and not to Kyiv, at the end of all this, we flew not to Boryspil, where we were expected, but to Zhuliany. The organization of a transfer with transfers is no good, since we were on the road for 26 hours. But then again, we were fed all the way, drinking was unlimited, and the crew was very professional and friendly.
