I chose the tour myself, and ANEX TOUR did everything to help me. They rescheduled the flight on the way to Turkey, but they warned us a day in advance. At the airport, the flight was delayed for another 2 hours, but it was no longer so important. Back, everything was clear with the flight. Also, 3 days in the agency we were informed that the host had changed the hotel, they apologized very much, but in fact it turned out to be even better and now we decided to go there to rest. Guided tours were offered, but since we have been resting in Turkey for a long time, and have been there 11 times, we have already visited all the tours before.
