I was completely dissatisfied with the work of the agency. There were many problems with the organization of the tour, the staff who led this tour, clearly not finalized. Even, probably, they didn’t work at all, since everything went just terribly. Not only did we not visit all the promised places, we were not even allowed to go to the supermarket before leaving and buy food for the journey. Everything happened crumpled and puffed up. No one has ever explained why this happened. Wasted my time, money and nerves. But she didn't see anything.
