The services of the Anex TOUR agency pleased me, even despite a small incident with a delay in departure. The flight was delayed, and no one explained why this happened. In all other aspects, I am satisfied. I quickly and efficiently picked up a suitable tour and hotel. The price fully corresponded to the previously agreed amount. If not for this hitch with the flight, everything would have been excellent. The agency definitely knows its job and performs it at a decent level.
