I had a terrible experience with the agency. Not only did they agree on one hotel, they settled me in another, they also lied that they would soon be relocated. Naturally, no one moved me. And it was important for me, I chose the hotel for a reason, my friends were resting there at that moment and we were planning a vacation together. And because of the negligent work of the agency, everything went awry. I am very disappointed and will never use this agency again.
