I sat for an hour, the manager was doing something on the computer. Surnames were misspelled, well, ok, it happens. We signed a contract with a price, issued a receipt for an advance payment, assured that everything was ok. And two hours later she called to say that she entered the data and again the price increased, but by 3 thousand. How ???? Price increased twice in 3 hours??? In fact, the documents issued do not mean anything. After sitting there just like that for an hour, the person didn’t even book anything ... then you can see she drank tea and decided to do work ??? There is no limit to indignation, it is a pity for the time spent. And to all the indignations, the answer was received "sometimes" choose another hotel if the price does not suit you
