Contacted to purchase a tour for the company. Three families. We counted the tour, a good discount. They wanted to buy additional insurance for one family, they announced the amount of 7 euros per person, but the manager Natalia calculated 7 euros? 3 people 1410 UAH Then, so that the flight back would not be at 8 in the morning, but at 15:45 she asked for another 10 euros per person, everything is fine with her mathematics. →

Anex-tour employee Natalia (Kyiv, Sribnokilskaya 3-d) is a wonderful person. She and my wife completed all the documents for the tour. And we made a mistake with the hotel and asked her to correct our mistake. And what do you think? She took it without any problems and fixed everything, she didn’t say a bad word!
