Terrible, would not recommend to anyone

To begin with, we chose the tour a couple of days before departure. We came to the office, everything is OK, nice friendly girls, helped with the choice, advised the hotel. Chose Old Vic Resort Sharm. According to the photos and reviews, the hotel is just super. For the price, they couldn't have come up with a better one. And here we are, satisfied and set up for a great vacation, landing in Sharm.

We approach the bus that delivers to the hotels and we are told "excellent" news.

“Your hotel is busy, there are no places, BUT we made a replacement for you! Just super! The first line, the very center of the city, you will like it. Give me a chocolate bar for this."

OK. Okay, changed and changed, we are the first time in Egypt, maybe it's good that they changed.

While we are on the bus, I google reviews about the hotel .. The hotel rating is about 2 out of 5. This alerted me, but I think it’s okay, people are different, you can’t please everyone. We are not picky.

But when we arrived at the hotel, we were, frankly, shocked.

The territory is tiny, one is not a large pool, a bar and a "restaurant". Came in for lunch right away.

Okay, let's be patient. The main thing is the sea, the sun, the fish. Settled in a room, to say that it is dirty is to say nothing. The feeling that just after the previous tenants made a bed and gave it to us. Towels with stains of unknown origin, bed linen all shabby, with holes, rolled, there is fungus in the air conditioner and the smell of mold.

Okay, we've come to the sea.

Let's go to the beach. It's a couple of minutes walk to it. The beach is 80 meters, near the pontoon for mooring boats and boats. It is impossible to swim, there are puddles of olives in the water. The sun beds are 15 cm apart. Plus, the hotel shares the beach area with another hotel and local residents. Therefore, there were never any free sunbeds.

All claims were written to the tour operator. To which the girls were silent for a long time, and then they gave out that they would already know what the reason was.

And that's it. They shut up on this.

We waited for an answer for two hours and never received it. It also failed to call.

I had to raise my parents in Kyiv so that they would call and find out what was the matter.

By joint efforts, they found out that "they do not know that this will happen and will try to do something." But nothing happened until a huge scandal broke out. We told the hotel guide about our claims, he also fell into the cold, we don’t know anything. Blame the tour operator. We can change the hotel if you pay extra $40 a night.

They refused and began to demand another hotel without additional payments. By the fact that the one we booked is a level higher than the one in which we were settled.

Scandals and tantrums forced the guide to find locally in the hotel that we booked.

Anex Tour wrote an apology letter to my parents for what happened. We still haven't responded or apologized.

Two and a half days of rest out of 5 were ruined through the fault of the tour operator.

I will never go through this tour agency again and do not advise anyone.

Because instead of the promised 4 * you will get 2 * in a cheap hotel with dirty linen, stained towels and a pissed, sorry on the word, toilet.

In a word, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not use the services of this operator.
