We bought a ticket from this company, there was a meeting at the place of arrival (a meeting with a guide who oversees our vacation and supposedly makes it better), excursions were offered at it for an additional fee. a fee that we could also purchase from this company, as they guarantee + insurance in case something happens to you on this excursion, which, for example, sellers selling outside the hotel cannot give. We purchased a couple of excursions (having calculated in advance how much everything would cost us according to the price list of the proposed anex tour filled by the guide on the day of the meeting), but when we started paying, the prices for some reason rose sharply by $ 10, the guide Nadezhda explained this by the fact that the tour operator does not warn about price changes. We did not argue and conflict, paid another 10 dollars on top and went on excursions.
Excursions 1 "Pamukkale"
Firstly, the guide did not tell us to bring warm clothes, since the stop for breakfast will be in the mountains with an air temperature of 10 degrees, of course, in shorts and a T-shirt, there is little pleasure in having breakfast in the mountains.
Secondly, the guide Nadezhda announced that swimming in the Cleopatra pool would cost 8-9 dollars (payment on the spot), upon arrival, another guide who accompanied us on this tour collected 13 dollars per person (although even at the entrance it was indicated 35 lira, which translates into dollars 8 dollars for bathing). Well, everything is clear here, everyone earns as they can, and the company's reputation suffers.
Thirdly, our tour included breakfast, lunch and dinner, in fact there was only breakfast and lunch.
Fourthly, there was a museum on the territory of the ancient city of Hieropolis, where all the most interesting things that were found in this city are presented, but the entrance there is paid and moreover in lira, naturally no one said this either, and since we have there were only dollars, we were not allowed to go there.
Excursion 2 "Oceanarium and cable car"
It was stated that the aquarium is the best and largest, 3 in the world. As a result, an ordinary Moscow oceanarium, there was nothing impressive and surprising, the child was not delighted. (of course, this is not how it does not apply to a travel agency, just a review of this excursion, maybe someone will be interested)
The cable car was canceled altogether as it was raining.
Results: I strongly advise this company to work with the staff that they arrange for themselves, the guide is not only a reliable assistant to your vacation, but also the face of the company, considering everything written above, I will not dare to buy excursions from this company anymore, and indeed I will think about it recommend this tour company to anyone. I want to note the guide Nadezhda right away (assigned to Innvista Hotels Belek, 5 is not at all friendly, not welcoming and even rude). Approaching her after these trips, sharing her impressions, she just shrugged her shoulders.
