When departing from Kiev due to my tour operator, I had problems with the flight. I was not allowed out of the country. Having completed the documents during the day, my manager, who sent me, was able to buy tickets only from this tour operator. Thank you! You have a good airline. And the tour operator, because of which I had problems, did not even bother to help me with the flight. Worthless to them!
