Flight rescheduling and bad service

Our flight from Sharm el-Sheikh was scheduled for 7 am, the day before departure we checked the status of the flight on the Internet and found that this flight number was rescheduled for 11 am. We didn't like how we were informed about this. Around lunchtime the day before departure, we started calling the resident of the Anex tour to clarify whether there would be a transfer, he said that he did not know. Then, at about 22:00, he was still in the know already, and wanted to inform us, but since he did not find us at the hotel, he threw a note under the door that the flight would be at 11:00. I believe that postponing a departure by 30-60 minutes is not very critical, but 4 hours is a long period of time, and if the tour operator thinks about his reputation and customer satisfaction, then such a transfer should notify at least 254 hours in advance, since many people still somehow plan their day of arrival. I travel a lot, and I want to say that only in anex tour did I deal with such instability in terms of flights.
