Traveled with Anex tour more than once, everything was always good. But the last trip to Turkey changed my mind. Firstly, the flight was first transferred from 3 nights to 12 days and to another airport, which is further from the hotel, thereby stealing a whole day of rest. Well, of course, referring to the charter. . . ((But most importantly, we found ourselves in a non-standard situation due to a fire in the mountains. The road from us to Marmaris was blocked, and no one voiced how to go to the airport until the last. But the worst thing is that not a single Anex employee was with tourists at the time of departure from the hotels.In the village of Turunc, the electricity was cut off and many phones were dead, many did not have roaming, NO INFORMATION!the hotel guides simply abandoned their tourists and left for Marmaris.Only thanks to one girl from among the tourists, who had a charged phone and roaming worked, about 30 people of tourists were able to leave by sea on a boat at 2 a.m. Since no one agreed on a transfer by boats, and this had to be done by phone of a tourist girl by negotiating a guide with a boat driver. Then she still had to count the tourists at the request of the guide and who from which hotel ?! I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if there was no charged phone and roaming for the only tourist. It's just that no one would go anywhere. Question to Aneks: Why was the employee not with his tourists and did not organize check-out from the hotels? And if evacuation was needed (this was discussed) What would tourists do, who, by the way, were with small children. ??? I don’t understand such a lack of readiness for such situations and an irresponsible attitude towards one’s work!!!
